We promise you'll love it! At Tolytolly, we want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products. If your item is defective, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

If your item have quality issue, exchanges and returns are simple and hassle-free.

1. Please email us at yanglei0513@gmail.com to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

3. Drop off you package at your carrier.

4. Once we receive your package and confirm there is quality issue, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. Items received within 7 days.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. The item has quality issue.
